Account & security
Keeping your business account secure
Protect your account and your clients' data — a strong password, optional two-factor authentication, and safe habits.
Your account holds your bookings, your payouts and your clients’ contact details, so keeping it secure protects both your business and the people who trust you.
A strong password
If you signed up with email, use a strong, unique password you don’t reuse elsewhere. Change it any time from your account settings.
Two-factor authentication (optional)
For extra protection you can turn on two-factor authentication (2FA). With it on, signing in needs your password plus a one-time code, so your account stays safe even if your password is ever exposed. It’s optional — you’ll see a prompt offering it, and can enable it whenever you like.
Signing in with a social account
If you signed up through a social account, that provider secures your sign-in. Keep that account protected and yours stays protected too.
Protecting client data
Clients share their details with you to be served well. Handle that information responsibly — use it only for their booking, and follow good data hygiene. Bellora processes personal data to GDPR standards, and so should you.
Good habits
- Never share your password or one-time codes — Bellora will never ask for them.
- Sign out on shared devices.
- Keep the email on your account secure; it’s the key to recovery.
