Adding services and setting prices

Your service menu is what clients book from. Clear services, prices and durations mean fewer questions, smoother bookings, and a calendar that blocks the right amount of time.

Adding a service

For each service, set:

• Name — what clients will recognise (e.g. “Cut & blow-dry”).
• Price — what the service costs.
• Duration — how long it takes, so your calendar reserves the right slot.
• Description — a short line on what’s included.

Grouping your menu

Organise services into categories so a long menu stays easy to scan. Clients can find what they want quickly, which means more completed bookings.

Deposits

Tip: Price and time each service accurately. Realistic durations keep your day running on schedule and prevent back-to-back bookings from overlapping.
