Account & privacy
Keeping your account secure
Simple ways to protect your Bellora account — a strong password, optional two-factor authentication, and safe sign-in with a social account.
Your account holds your bookings and payment history, so it’s worth keeping it locked down. Bellora makes that easy.
A strong password
If you signed up with email, use a strong, unique password — one you don’t reuse on other sites. You can change it any time from your account settings.
Two-factor authentication (optional)
For extra protection you can turn on two-factor authentication (2FA). With it on, signing in needs both your password and a one-time code, so your account stays safe even if your password is ever guessed.
It’s optional for clients — you’ll see a prompt offering it, and you can enable it whenever you like from your settings.
Signing in with a social account
If you signed up through a social account, that provider handles your sign-in security. Keep that account protected and yours stays protected too.
Good habits
- Don’t share your password or one-time codes with anyone — Bellora will never ask for them.
- Sign out on shared devices.
- Keep your email secure, since it’s the key to account recovery.
