Account & privacy
Your privacy and your data
What Bellora shares when you book, who sees it, and the control you have over your information — handled to GDPR standards.
Bellora is built to share as little as needed, with the right person, at the right time. Here’s how your information is handled.
What’s shared when you book
When you book, the professional needs enough to serve you well:
- Your name and a way to contact you about the appointment.
- For a home visit, the address where they’ll see you.
This is shared only with the professional you book, and only when you book — never before, and never publicly.
What stays private
Your payment card details never reach the professional or Bellora — they go straight to Stripe. Your browsing, your other bookings, and your account details aren’t shared with professionals.
GDPR and your rights
Your data is handled to GDPR standards. That means you can:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your account and associated data.
You’ll find these controls in your account settings, and our privacy policy sets out the full detail.
Deleting your account
You can close your account whenever you like. We’ll remove your personal data, keeping only what we’re legally required to retain (for example, records tied to payments).
