1. Search for what you need

Open Bellora and tell it what you’re looking for — a haircut, a manicure, a massage, a facial. You can browse without an account, so feel free to look around first.

Narrow things down by:

• Service — the exact treatment you want.
• Location — near you, or around an address you choose.
• Date and time — when you’d actually like to go.
• Price and rating — sort to find the right fit for your budget.

2. Choose a professional

Open a profile to see everything that matters before you commit: the full service menu with prices, real client reviews, photos of previous work, and exactly where they’re based. A verified badge means the professional has confirmed their identity with us.

3. Pick a real open slot

The times you see are the times that are actually free — Bellora reads the professional’s live calendar, so there’s no “we’ll call you back to confirm.” Pick the slot you want and it’s held for you while you check out.

4. Confirm with a secure deposit

To lock in the appointment you’ll pay a small deposit. This protects the professional’s time and goes toward the final price of your service — you’re not paying extra, you’re paying part of it early.

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Bellora never sees or stores your full card details.

5. You’re booked

You’ll get an instant confirmation, and the appointment appears under your bookings, where you can review the details, get directions, or make changes later.
